- 1. Special conditions of sale
The client confirms at the time the order is placed to be aware of the special conditions as stated on the screen (name, price, components, weight, quantity, colour, product features, etc.) and declares to accept these conditions.
- 2. Order
The client places his order by clicking on the tab «Add to cart». After placing the order, a list of all the ordered items will appear. The client confirms the order by clicking on the button "I agree to the terms and conditions and I want to pay" in the menu bar.
- 3. Confirmation of order
Kateandplate.com confirms the client that his order has been accepted by e-mail. The sale will not be final until the order was confirmed by Kateandplate.com. Kateandplate.com reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever. In particularity as a result of the supply of products, a problem with the received order (e.g. unreadable document), an abnormal order or expected problem with the delivery to be performed. Kateandplate.com must inform the client by any means.
- 4. Provision of orders and delivery
The client when placing his order must choose the place and date of where the merchandise has to be delivered. When placing his order Kateandplate.com reserves the right at its discretion to rely on any logistics provider to deliver products at the address specified by the client.
- 5. Delivery area
Deliveries are only made in Spain, France, Belgium, Holland, Germany Deliveries are not made to PO Box numbers.
- 6. Delivery period
Delivery is usually made within 7 business days. Should an article be currently out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible when delivery can be expected. Delivery is at the risk of the consignee.
- 7. Expedition Partner
Deliveries are carried out by DPD during normal working hours.The client should choose the delivery address so that one can receive the parcel.
- 8. Delivery Costs
The delivery fees are indicated on the order confirmation and on the website.
- 9. Prices
The prices for the products and services offered by kateandplate.com are in euro, including VAT, excluding shipping cost. They are valid on the day when they are offered. All prices are per piece unless otherwise specified on our website. Kateandplate.com cannot be held responsible for price indications that are obviously incorrect, for example as a result of obvious import or printing errors.The products and services are paid by credit card through Pay pal on a secure website on the server of our provider. The client’s credit card is debited in euro two days after acceptance of the order. Kateandplate.com retains ownership of the product (s) until the moment the client has paid the full price of the product (s) and/or services.
- 10. Liability
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, due to variations in monitor display, we cannot guarantee that your display colour will be accurate.
- 11. Privacy and personal data
All personal information will only be used for the handling of the order and will never be made available to third parties unless they are involved in processing your order.
- 12. Required Information

We need this information (name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date, etc.) to process your orders.
- 13. Right to return of merchandise and reflection period
The client has after acceptance of the merchandise and prior agreement, 7 days time of reflection to return or exchange the goods. Such goods must be returned in unused perfect condition and in original packaging with a copy of the invoice. Returns are at senders cost. The address for return is:

If the client during the reflection exercises his right to withdraw the order, Kateandplate.com must pay back the amounts transferred at no cost to the client within a maximum period of 14 calender days..
